It's all about personal choice. Ride the bike for a couple of months. See what you think. Read the posts on this website, they are very helpful, and get around other Savage owners that have stock and aftermarket pipes. (The ralley in Eureka Springs, AR in June is an excellent chance to do this) then make a decision. The Savage, and all thumpers, has a distinct sound. Enjoy it.
